Solar Crew Leader

PV Technician Supervisor is responsible for coordinating residential and Commercial installs of each system efficiently, with high quality, and in a timely manner. Good leadership, good communication, and documentation skills while working on the roof.

Traveling is required, as our projects are located at several areas throughout Northern CA. All crew members are to report to Project Site M-Th each week. Travel is not required during Weekends.

Solar Technician

• Previous experience in PV (Solar) or other related fields is preferred

• Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals

• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work with others

• Ability to work at heights

• Knowledge of Fall Protection Systems and Applications
